Gynecologic Oncology Faculty - #OBG082 at The University of Chicago Gynecologic Oncology Faculty - #OBG082 at The University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois Posted in about 10 hours ago. Description The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Section of Gynecologic Oncology, is searching for full-time faculty members at any rank. Appointees will be responsible for the comprehensive clinical care of patients with gynecologic cancers including outpatient assessment, inpatient care, and major operative procedures. The majority of the appointees' clinical time will be dedicated to supporting practice in Crown Point and Orland Park. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications. Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) have completed a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology, 3) be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and 4) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
