Job Description
Overview Archimedia Solutions Group, a progressive facility and print management company, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist in our Norwood, MA location. In this role, you will be responsible for processing high-volume scanning projects, including document preparation, quality review, and indexing of customer administrative records. You will also support the team by assisting with various reprographic and office-related tasks. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent daily productivity. Hours are flexible with a commitment of approximately 25 hours per week. Responsibilities Scan, digitize, and organize volumes of documents accurately and efficiently Prepare documents; remove staples, paper clips, binder clips, and binding materials without damaging documents Maintain file naming conventions and folder structures for easy retrieval Repair torn or fragile pages using approved tape or document repair materials Flag damaged, incomplete, or illegible documents for review Maintain a neat and organized work area Document project progress Meet deadlines and volume targets Other support functions as requested by the team Requirements Experience with high-volume document scanning equipment, a plus Familiarity with document management software - will train Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Basic Microsoft Office - operating a computer or scanning device Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, PDF creation Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion High School Diploma or Equivalent Able to lift 50 pounds Driver's License preferred Who we are: Archimedia Solutions Group, an established leader in the building industry, delivers essential support services to businesses such as architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
