•31/hour based on benefit selections Orion Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archive Records Analyst to support our global pharmaceutical client. This role supports the day-to-day administration of a GMP-regulated records archiving program, with a strong focus on the organization, tracking, retrieval, retention, and disposition of paper records. Records may include clinical, commercial, stability, raw material, training, validation, quality, and other controlled documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in records management, document control, archiving, or paper-based filing systems, preferably within a pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, quality, or other regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Support the intake, review, classification, labeling, filing, and archiving of business and GMP-regulated paper records. Maintain accurate records inventories, indexes, logs, databases, and tracking tools. Organize and store records in approved archive locations to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval. Respond to records retrieval requests and provide archived documentation to authorized personnel. Perform routine quality checks to ensure records are complete, properly labeled, accurately indexed, and filed in the correct location. Track records requests, transfers, archiving activities, and basic metrics for management review. Support records retention and disposition activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare records for transfer, off-site storage, retrieval, retention, or authorized destruction. Ensure records are handled in accordance with applicable GMP, data integrity, privacy, security, and records management requirements. Partner with local business teams to resolve routine records and archiving questions. Assist with records management procedures, training materials, and internal communications. Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and applicable tracking systems to manage daily activities. Perform additional records management and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of related experience; OR High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience. Previous experience in records management, document control, paper filing, archiving, information management, or a related administrative function. Hands-on experience maintaining paper records, inventories, indexes, logs, or tracking systems. Experience within a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, quality, manufacturing, or regulatory operations is preferred. Familiarity with GMP requirements and controlled documentation is strongly preferred. Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of records filing, retention, retrieval, archiving, and disposition practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills. Ability to accurately manage large volumes of paper documentation. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidential or sensitive information appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners and records management team members.
