Work Location :
Helena, MT Requirements:
Associates degree or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience with records or documentation. Any experience with scanning is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office Suite Experience with records management systems or repositories such as SharePoint strongly desired. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities :
Duties include records imaging, the use of a records management system (database) for search, retrieval, and data entry, applying records retention schedules to files for the purposes of retention, archiving and disposition. Responding to customer inquiries and participate in records organization projects. Assisting colleagues with preparing and shipping records, maintains daily activity statistics, and produce monthly activity reports.
