Responsibilities include auditing and cleaning up the existing library, removing duplicates, retiring outdated content, fixing mislabeled files, organizing assets by region, destination, and campaign, building a metadata schema for location, credit, usage rights, and license expiration, and documenting folder structure and ingestion standards for ongoing use.
