Role Summary The Digital Delivery Technician supports project teams by setting up, managing, and publishing BIM models to ensure accurate, timely project deliverables while maintaining standards and model integrity throughout the project lifecycle. What You'll Do Support project teams by executing BIM model setup, coordination, and publishing activities. Attend project kickoffs to capture modeling requirements and exchange schedules
Support coordination meetings and document action items with project teams and architects
Create and configure project models, including views, sheets, worksets, and level/grid verification
Manage background files and maintain accurate model links and sheet indexes
Execute model publishing and prepare deliverable packages on project schedules
Maintain file naming standards, version control, and overall model organization
Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure models are ready for issuance
Perform model health checks, including warnings review and performance monitoring
Resolve routine model and linking issues; escalate complex challenges as needed
Follow established Digital Delivery standards, templates, and quality control procedures
Support clash detection efforts and assist senior team members with advanced coordination tasks
Track Digital Delivery priorities in alignment with project schedules and deadlines
Who We're Looking For Minimum Requirements:
Two-year technical degree in an applicable discipline plus 2-4 years of experience preferred.
Or bachelor's degree in a related field with 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
Or six years of applicable experience preferred.
Professional or industry certification a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks
Working knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling workflows within the MEP industry
Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across model deliverables
Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal formats
Effective collaboration skills and ability to work within a team environment What We Offer 100% Employee-Owned
