Introduction The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is recruiting for a Records Program Associate - Limited Term Employment position. Position Summary Under direct supervision, this position assists with the management and coordination of the bureau's records management system and is responsible for auditing and organizing records, scanning, and tracking documents. This position also assists with front desk activities. Under specific DTSD and DTSD Bureau direction, this position will assist in reaching the following goals: Scan Geotechnical Engineering documents Organizing Geotech records in an electronic document management system Providing Quality Assurance Assisting with front desk activities This position requires on a regular basis the ability to lift and carry files, boxed records, and equipment up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, bend and stoop, work in closed storage areas To view the full position description, please reach out to Sonam Lhanze at sonam1.lhanze@dot.wi.gov Salary Information This position is in schedule-range 07-03 with an hourly pay rate of $22.76.
