The successful candidate will possess some combination of the following with respect to credentials and experience: Have an MFA in fine art or a closely related field, or be actively pursuing an MFA in fine art. Applicants with demonstrated university-level teaching experience will receive special consideration. A strong portfolio of personal drawing work and/or examples of student drawing work Possess competency in foundational drawing techniques including, but not limited to: media proficiency, linework, perspective, value and tone, positive/negative space The individual hired for this position will be expected to embrace the following responsibilities and objectives: Teaching 1 course of AD100 - Drawing, Holding 1 office hour per week.
