Description The University of North Alabama invites local and regional teachers from partnership schools to teach Early College or Dual Enrollment courses at UNA during the fall and/or spring terms. Early College adjunct faculty are compensated $2,400 for their participation in the Early College Faculty Development Program. Additionally, Early College faculty who teach an Early College course during their planning period may receive an additional $2,400. A maximum of $4,800 may be earned per semester (regardless of how many courses are taught or the number of course credit hours). Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in an arts-related field, plus a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the desired teaching discipline is required.
