Pay plan is a flat-rate based. This is an incentivized pay plan that rewards efficient, quality work. We are looking to staff the detail department in a dealership in the Florence, AL area!

Position:

Automotive Detailer Experience Preferred:

One (1) year in automotive detailing (Will provide training where needed)

Responsibilities:

Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors (as needed) Clean vehicle interiors, removing dirt and debris from upholstery and surfaces Apply preservation chemicals for spot and stain protection (as needed) Flexibility to carry out additional duties as assigned by management Experience with BUFFER and headlight restorations is a plus!
