Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Paint Party Instructor to lead creative and engaging art sessions for participants of all ages. In this role, you will inspire individuals to explore their artistic talents through guided painting activities, fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. Your enthusiasm for the arts and ability to manage dynamic group settings will help create memorable experiences that encourage self-expression and creativity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love of art while developing skills in curriculum development, classroom management, and arts instruction. Duties Plan and deliver engaging paint party sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Follow creative lesson plans that incorporate different painting techniques. Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all participants Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to guide participants through each project Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace before, during, and after sessions Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity, self-expression, and confidence Adapt activities as needed to accommodate participants with diverse abilities or special needs Experience Proven experience in teaching visual arts, painting, or related creative disciplines, particularly in the "paint and sip" setting. Experience working with children or diverse age groups in educational or recreational settings Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain order and engagement during activities Familiarity with special education practices or working with individuals with special needs is advantageous Previous experience in arts tutoring, early childhood education, or youth programs enhances your effectiveness as an instructor Must be 21 Must habe experience driving a box truck with a clean driving record.
