This facility is seeking a Hematology
•Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:
Monday
•Friday | 8:00am
•5:00pm
Practice Setting:
Inpatient and Outpatient Types of Cases:
General Hematology
•Oncology cases
Credentialing Timeframe:
Expedited privileging for clean history Electronic Medical Record (EMR): iKnowMed Certifications required: Board Certification, must have Basic Life Support (BLS) Active Arizona license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
