Responsibilities Teach drawing, painting, and creative art projects to children Prepare and follow age-appropriate lesson plans Create a positive, welcoming, and inspiring classroom environment Help children develop creativity, confidence, fine motor skills, and basic art techniques Adapt instruction to different ages, abilities, and learning styles Maintain a safe and organized classroom Manage classroom behavior in a calm and positive way Communicate professionally with parents and studio staff Help with class setup, art supplies, and cleanup Requirements Experience working with children is strongly preferred Strong drawing and painting skills Patient, reliable, responsible, and organized Comfortable leading small groups of children Understanding of child development and classroom management is a plus Art education or teaching experience is preferred Knowledge of Russian is a plus Schedule Part-time — approximately 3 days per week Most working hours are in the afternoon, approximately 2:00 PM-7:00 PM Some weekend availability may be needed.
