In this dynamic role, you will inspire and motivate members through expertly delivered group exercise routines, fostering a welcoming environment that promotes health, wellness, and personal achievement. Your passion for fitness and exceptional communication skills will help elevate the studio experience, ensuring every participant feels empowered and energized. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your coaching skills while making a positive impact on our members' lives. Responsibilities Lead engaging and safe group fitness classes across Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, and HIIT formats, demonstrating proper techniques and modifications for all levels Design and adapt class programs to meet diverse client needs, ensuring variety and progression in routines Motivate participants through energetic coaching, encouraging proper form and sustained effort to maximize results Maintain a clean, organized studio environment by setting up equipment and sanitizing spaces between classes Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with members about class schedules, fitness goals, and studio offerings Support the studio team with promotional activities and member engagement initiatives to foster community growth Stay current with industry trends and certifications to continually enhance your teaching skills and class quality Experience Proven experience in leading group fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, or HIIT within a health club or fitness environment Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA), Yoga (RYT), Pilates (Mat ), or related disciplines is required Demonstrated ability to motivate clients through coaching and personalized feedback Familiarity with program design tailored to different fitness levels and goals Knowledge of CPR/AED certification is essential; First Aid certification is preferred Experience with fitness sales or client communication is advantageous for engaging members effectively Join us in creating an inspiring space where every member feels supported on their fitness journey!
