The instructor will provide engaging, age-appropriate art classes for children in individual and small-group settings. We are looking for someone who can teach a variety of visual arts techniques while creating structured, educational, and hands-on learning experiences. Responsibilities & Areas of Instruction Drawing and painting Watercolor, acrylics, and mixed media Arts and crafts Sculpture and three-dimensional art Paper mâché and creative projects Seasonal and themed art projects Basic art concepts, techniques, and artistic expression Plan and conduct structured individual and group art activities Prepare students' artwork for displays, exhibitions, and special projects Preferred Qualifications Degree, diploma, certificate, or documented professional training in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, Visual Arts, or a related field Previous experience teaching art to children preferred Ability to teach different age and skill levels Strong classroom/group-management and communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be able to provide documentation of education, credentials, certifications, or relevant professional experience
