Job Description

Part-Time Waldorf Main Lesson Teacher The Grove | Wesley Chapel, FL Part-Time | Monday-Wednesday | $30-$40/hour The Grove is a small, non-denominational, Waldorf-inspired learning community combining the beauty and creativity of Waldorf education with strong academics. We are looking for a Waldorf Main Lesson Teacher to work with small groups of elementary-aged students. What You'll Do Teach engaging Waldorf-inspired Main Lessons Bring lessons to life through storytelling, art, movement, nature, discussion, and hands-on activities Guide students in creating Main Lesson Book work Create a warm, engaging classroom environment Follow the curriculum and lesson objectives provided by The Grove Work with our teaching team to support a consistent experience for students Who We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you are: A Waldorf-trained teacher or former Waldorf teacher Currently completing Waldorf teacher training An educator with experience in Waldorf-inspired education A homeschool educator or tutor familiar with Waldorf methods An elementary educator interested in bringing a more artistic, experiential approach to learning Formal Waldorf training is welcome but not required . More important to us is an interest in Waldorf education, a love of working with children, reliability, and enthusiasm for bringing lessons to life. About The Grove The Grove offers small-group learning in a warm, low-tech environment where children have opportunities to create, move, explore, and build strong academic foundations. This role may be especially suited to a teacher who enjoys teaching but is looking for a smaller, more flexible educational setting .
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday, daytime hours
Pay:
