Until Filled SUMMARY:
Teaches students academic, social, and motor skills following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. The successful applicant will implement approved curriculum while utilizing various instructional strategies to meet student needs in the classroom. Collect and analyze data to then be used to make instructional decisions. Implement effective classroom management strategies in accordance with district policies. Collaborate with various staff members to ensure student needs are being met. Our teachers effectively communicate with parents on a regular basis and most importantly, create a positive learning environment.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred. Valid Illinois Professional Educators License with appropriate Visual Arts endorsement required. Must have ability to communicate successfully with parents, co-workers, and administration. Suitable applicant will be able to collaborate with staff and colleagues to develop new and better practices.Application Process:
