Clay/Ceramics Teacher Description:
The MAC/HPAA's Mobile Arts Program has brought quality art instruction to senior facilities all over the Greater Boston area for over 10 years, fostering self expression and social interaction for seniors. We are looking for a clay/ceramics teacher to teach once per week for two hours at nearby Blake Estates, in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. Most materials can be stored onsite. Qualifications:
Clay/ceramics teaching experience, especially if with seniors. Relationship with a local pottery kiln to fire the work created by students would be helpful.
