Part-Time Art Teacher (Grades K-8)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Art Teacher to lead engaging art instruction for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore artistic expression while integrating a biblical worldview into the classroom.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons for grades K-8 Teach a variety of art techniques, media, and art history concepts Foster creativity while maintaining an organized and structured classroom Integrate faith and biblical principles into art instruction Display student artwork and contribute to school events (e.g., art shows) Maintain classroom materials and supplies Communicate effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Art Education, or related field preferred) Teaching experience with elementary and/or middle school students Strong classroom management skills A personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to model it in daily teaching Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration

Schedule:

Part-time; schedule to be determined (e.g., 1 day per week)

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
