Job Description

We are currently seeking a STEM/Art instructor on weekday afternoons Monday - Friday 3:30 - 4:30 PM starting September 8th.

Locations:

Belmont, Cambridge, Natick, Weston, and Andover.

Responsibilities:

Instruct art and STEM classes for children ages 5-10 in Cambridge, MA and surrounding suburbs at private schools. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide a fun and creative environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to commit for a 6 month period. Must be comfortable instructing 8-10 children and completing one art project and/or STEM experiment per class

Qualifications:

Previous teaching experience required. Interest / experience in art and/or STEM Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills. Professional and comfortable teaching in a private school setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

High hourly compensation Potential to earn three yearly bonuses

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
