Job Description
St. Anthony School is seeking a part
- time dedicated Art Teacher for grades PreK
- 8 . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts, a commitment to fostering creativity, and the ability to inspire students of all ages.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and promote creativity.
- Teach a variety of art techniques, including drawing, painting, and digital media.
- Encourage and support students in expressing their creativity and developing their artistic skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and display student artwork within the school and at community events.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into other areas of the curriculum.
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in art education.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience as an art teacher or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
