Sculpt Group Fitness Instructor

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sculpt Instructor to lead dynamic fitness classes focused on sculpting, strength, and body conditioning. In this role, you will motivate participants through expertly designed routines that combine various exercise modalities, including bodyweight movements, resistance training, and functional exercises. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and engaging environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love of fitness and help individuals transform their bodies and confidence through innovative programming. Responsibilities Lead group fitness classes that focus on body sculpting, strength building, and functional movement patterns. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring correct form and safety for all participants. Design and adapt workout routines tailored to diverse fitness levels and individual needs. Motivate clients with energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and personalized feedback. Incorporate knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics to optimize workout effectiveness. Ensure all exercises are performed safely by monitoring participants during class and providing manual handling assistance when necessary. Maintain a high standard of customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or coaching within the fitness industry. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science principles. Certification in relevant disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, or sports coaching is highly desirable. Skills in demonstrating exercises accurately and guiding clients through practice sessions. Ability to lead diverse group classes including Sculpt, HIIT, Step Aerobics, Stretch Knowledge of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation is required; first aid certification is preferred. Physical fitness training experience with heavy lifting capabilities when needed for program demonstrations or client support. Excellent communication skills with a focus on motivating clients and delivering exceptional fitness customer service.
