Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Art Teacher to inspire creativity and skill development in students of all ages. In this role, you will lead engaging pottery classes, develop curricula, and foster an environment that encourages artistic expression through visual arts. You will help students explore their artistic potential while mastering techniques in drawing and painting. Responsibilities Design and implement weekly art lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced Lead classes, demonstrating media such as watercolor, oil pastel, acrylic paint, colored pencils, charcoal etc. Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, organization, and positive behavior management Provide personalized instruction and constructive feedback to help students improve their craft and confidence Develop age-appropriate lesson plans for children, teen, and adult learners Support students' creative development by encouraging experimentation and artistic exploration Maintain studio safety standards and ensure all equipment is used properly. Experience Proven experience working with traditional physical media, and experience with children and managing classroom settings in arts education or related fields Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for different age groups Demonstrated ability to plan lessons that foster creativity while maintaining structured learning environments Join us to ignite passion for the arts!
