As a key member of our arts education team, you will lead engaging painting classes, develop innovative curricula, and foster a supportive environment that encourages artistic expression. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive painting curricula,tailored to different skill levels and incorporating various techniques and styles. Lead engaging class sessions, high energy and a people person. Organize and oversee art exhibitions. May require pre drawing canvas and set up for each class. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized studio space equipped with necessary art supplies and materials. Skills Proven experience in curriculum development for visual arts or related creative fields. Strong class management skills with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively. Experience entertaining class. Expertise in teaching various visual arts disciplines such as painting techniques, color theory, composition, and mixed media. Experience with drawing. Ability to plan lessons and instruct the group. Excellent communication skills. Creative mindset with a passion for fostering artistic growth through innovative lesson planning.
