American Sign Language (ASL)
Instructor Program Overview:
Join us for an engaging American Sign Language (ASL) class designed for beginners. Participants will learn the ASL alphabet, numbers, and essential communication skills, focusing on both receptive (understanding/sign recognition) and expressive (signing) techniques. Each class includes vocabulary building, grammar fundamentals, and daily conversational practice. Students will also explore Deaf culture and history , gaining a deeper understanding of the American Deaf community and its rich heritage.
Key Learning Outcomes:
