Teaching Full Job Description Role Overview:
FEEI After School is an elementary after school program of over 30 plus years teaching Simplified Chinese and pinyin to young children, emphasizing on vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. The goal is to help cultivate the students' interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

Prepare and implement a full educational teaching plan according to the school's requirements Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities Assist students to learn and guide students to complete assignment Monitor and assess students' progress and provide grades and feedback Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
Qualifications:
One year of prior classroom teaching experience to young children Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Education / Math / Language Ability to speak, read, and write both Simplified Chinese and English. Ability to effectively manage a classroom of 10-20 students. Legal authorization to work in the U.S (including
CPT, OPT
)
