Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with creativity and care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the overall learning community. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible for children. Experience Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred. Background in caregiving, nannying, or working with children is highly valued. Familiarity with infant care and toddler care practices is beneficial. Strong skills in behavior management and experience working with diverse student populations are essential.
