internexusla.edu Position Overview Internexus Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant teaching experience and a strong commitment to enhancing the language skills of our diverse student body. This position requires in-person instruction at our Redondo Beach campus. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' language proficiency levels. Teach English language classes, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language instruction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. TESOL certificate (or equivalent) is required. Significant teaching experience in English as a Second Language (ESL) or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with diverse student populations. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology in the classroom. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Working Conditions This position requires in-person teaching at our Redondo Beach campus.
