Or you can fill out this form https://forms.gle/gnyUMH68cAjAZCuq6 Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive driver training sessions, combining practical on-road instruction with classroom lessons to cover traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle operation Assess individual student skill levels, providing tailored feedback and guidance to foster improvement and confidence Manage classroom activities effectively, maintaining an organized learning environment that encourages active participation Demonstrate safe driving techniques, including maneuvering through various traffic scenarios and handling emergency situations Monitor student progress throughout the course, documenting achievements and areas needing improvement to ensure readiness for licensing requirements Communicate clearly with students, addressing questions and providing motivational support to enhance learning outcomes Enforce safety protocols and traffic regulations diligently during all instructional activities Skills Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards Passion for teaching adults and working with diverse learner populations Excellent classroom management skills to create an engaging, respectful learning environment Prior experience in adult education or classroom instruction is highly desirable Strong communication skills to clearly convey instructions, feedback, and safety information Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles Reliable, patient, and motivated to help students succeed in achieving their driving goals Able to speak either Spanish, Farsi, Pashto, and/or Dari. English only speakers will be considered if they are willing to work as a classroom drivers education teacher.
