PRIMARY ROLE

ONSITE, IN CLASSROOM SETTING A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IN THIS POSITION WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE
Position Overview We seek a dynamic and mission-driven Spanish Teacher who is passionate about teaching and committed to educating the whole student. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative learning environment, contribute to the life of the school beyond the classroom, and demonstrate excellence in instruction, communication, and professional growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Teach Spanish across grade levels in a secondary school setting.
  • Design and implement engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with established curriculum.
  • Develop and utilize meaningful assessments to support student growth.
  • Incorporate educational technology effectively while maintaining a classroom centered on intellectual inquiry and active student engagement.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Participate actively in a dynamic professional learning community.
  • Support the school's mission by contributing to campus ministry and co-curricular activities.
  • Foster a positive classroom culture rooted in restorative practices and relationship-building.
  • Foster a classroom and school environment that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
