Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student success
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their language skills

Experience:

• Previous experience working with adult learners, particularly those learning English as a second language
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to develop lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Knowledge of adult education principles and strategies for teaching English language learners
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment Minimum Requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) months of full-time equivalent ESL or foreign language classroom teaching experience with adult learners; or
• Hold a bachelor's degree along with a certificate in teaching ESL or a foreign language that includes a practice teaching component
• TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certification or an MA in a related field preferred (
