As such, our middle school program offers an intensive introductory trimester of Spanish for 7th grade students in order to build a solid foundation for the language so the students can successfully enter our second year of Spanish in the second trimester. The Lower School Spanish classes also need support a few times a week to help with students new to the language. A successful associate will be a nurturing flexible person with a strong background in Spanish instruction and an understanding of the developmental needs of children. They should be able to communicate effectively with students and their lead teacher as well as be able to employ a variety of instructional techniques to engage young learners. The successful candidate will have a commitment to our school's mission, to working collaboratively with others, and to upholding the values of the school community. Responsibilities:
