POSITION OVERVIEW

BridgePrep Academy is seeking a passionate ESOL Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to English Language Learners (ELLs), driving language acquisition, literacy development, and academic achievement in a supportive classroom culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and deliver differentiated, rigorous instruction for ELL students. Analyze ACCESS for ELLs and FAST benchmark data to track progress and adjust instruction. Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning styles and language acquisition levels. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment based on trust and respect. Collaborate with teachers, ESL liaisons, and parents to support student growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or higher (Master's preferred). Valid Florida Educator Certificate. Valid Florida ESOL Endorsement (Required). Bilingual skills preferred.
