Job Summary:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrichment Teacher with a specialization in Spanish to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Enrichment Teacher will be to design and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or related field required Proven experience teaching Spanish language to students of varying proficiency levels Understanding of best practices in language acquisition and unique teaching methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents Certification in teaching or proficiency in Spanish language teaching methodologies preferred •
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and progress Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on Spanish language teaching trends Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support a cohesive and enriching learning experience for students Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and grades •
