Requirements Proven experience in classroom teaching of elementary or middle school students, preferably with elementary school teaching experience. Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with disabilities or special needs. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teacher collaboration. Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data to inform instruction and improve outcomes. Understanding of educational regulations, compliance requirements, and literacy education best practices.
