Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Hold a valid ESL teaching license (required) Previous experience as a General Education or ESL Teacher within K-5 settings Skilled at differentiating instruction for English language learners Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills Comfortable working across elementary grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pull-out ESL sessions for a 5th grader (30 minutes daily, 5 days a week) Deliver group instruction for 1st and 2nd graders (30 minutes each, 3 days a week) Develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual and small group needs Track student progress and participate in collaborative meetings as needed Foster a supportive and culturally inclusive environment that encourages language development
