Job Description

KinderCare is seeking a Spanish Enrichment Teacher for our CDLC of Westmont location. In this role, you will design and lead playful, Spanish-language learning experiences for young children in a safe, nurturing classroom. You will use songs, stories, movement, and hands-on activities to build vocabulary and cultural awareness, while supporting social and emotional growth. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you will partner with teachers and families, follow all safety and licensing standards, and participate in ongoing training that supports your professional development and career growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate Spanish enrichment lessons and activities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Incorporate songs, games, stories, and play to support language learning Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care learning goals Observe and document children's progress and share updates with families Support classroom routines including setup, cleanup, and transitions Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and licensing regulations Participate in training and professional development opportunities Required Skills Spanish language fluency Early childhood classroom management Lesson and curriculum planning Child development knowledge Bilingual education strategies Classroom safety and supervision Parent and family communication Creative instructional design Behavior guidance and redirection Observation and documentation of learning
