WorkplaceLanguages.com - based in the Twin Cities. We specialize in online and onsite language training for companies throughout the US, translations and multilingual voiceovers as well as creating work-specific functional bilingual training tools. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced English instructor to teach an in-person ESL class at a company in the Louisville, KY area. You will teach work-specific and conversational English to adult employees.

Schedule:

All classes are onsite/in-person in the Louisville, KY area (Jeffersonville, IN) Classes meet 2 days per week for 8 weeks, each class being 90 minutes long Start date: October 13, 2026 Anticipated end date: December 15, 2026 Classes will be conducted from 5:30am to 7am EST, Tuesdays and Thursdays Workplace Languages provides a basic ESL curriculum, but instructors must be able to customize lessons to meet company needs.

Requirements:

Must submit both resume and cover letter to be considered Must be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-7am EST MA in ESL, English, or related field Experience teaching adult learners Ability to develop/customize curriculum Must be available for all scheduled classes (schedule cannot change) Available to commute to Jeffersonville, IN (47130)

Total Paid Instructional Hours:

24 Paid in 3 equal installments: 1/3 of the total amount upfront to the instructor, another 1/3 at the halfway point, and the remaining 1/3 at the conclusion of the course Paid trainings, site visits, orientation, and testing This is a great opportunity for future teaching work with Workplace Languages.
