We are seeking a dedicated professional experienced as a General Education or ESL Teacher to support learners on their educational journeys. Qualifications:

Valid, active Louisiana Department of Education Certification (no Temporary Authority to Teach accepted) Experience teaching as a General Education or ESL Teacher Ability to complete all required district credentialing, including drug screen and fingerprinting Comfortable with flexible assignments and traveling to different school sites as needed Strong communication skills and classroom management Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction to learners in a general education or ESL setting, adapting lessons to diverse student backgrounds and abilities Create lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and school goals Provide individual and small-group instruction to ensure all students receive needed support Monitor, assess, and report on student progress Collaborate with other educators, counselors, and staff to promote student growth and school initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district regulations and policies Youll work a full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, with 7-hour days and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, following the school calendar.
