Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated In-Person ESOL Level 3 Teacher to lead adult learners through engaging English language instruction. Duties Develop comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with ESOL Level 3 standards, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for adult learners Deliver engaging in-person lessons that adapt to different learning styles and accommodate students with diverse needs, including visually impaired and deaf education considerations Design and develop instructional materials tailored to adult language education, literacy education, and cultural diversity Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Collaborate in occasional meetings with best practices. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth Experience Proven classroom experience teaching ESL or ESOL to adult learners in an in-person setting Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning for adult education programs.
