Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Italian Language Teacher who has experience teaching adults. You will deliver engaging instruction in-person, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth, confidence, and fluency. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone looking to share their love for the Italian language while maintaining a flexible evening schedule. We are starting with two evening classes for the Fall semester and hope to expand the program in the future. Based on current enrollment, it looks like we may add a 3rd class for winter. Responsibilities Design and deliver dynamic Italian language lessons tailored to diverse proficiency levels. Develop engaging instructional materials that enhance language acquisition and cultural understanding. Manage classroom activities effectively, maintaining a positive, inclusive environment conducive to learning. Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enrich students' appreciation of Italian heritage. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching foreign languages, especially Italian, with a strong understanding of language acquisition techniques. Prior work with adult learners is highly desirable. Strong instructional, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to make learning fun, practical, and culturally enriching.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.5 per week
