The Language Project is Hiring After-School Spanish Club Teachers! Are you passionate about Spanish and love working with children? The Language Project is seeking enthusiastic after-school Spanish club teachers for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to share your love of the Spanish language with young learners!

Qualifications:

Teaching experience with children (paid or volunteer) Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and conversational English Available for part-time afternoon work in Baltimore City and Baltimore County Enjoys working with children ages 5-12 Availabale on Mondays from 3:30-5pm Great team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

General Responsibilities:

Lead engaging Spanish clubs with activities such as games, music, and storytelling Create and maintain a safe and healthy environment for up to 15 students Prepare lessons in advance using lesson plans provided by The Language Project Be eager to learn and grow by attending trainings and workshops

The Language Project has been providing dynamic after-school language programs since 2011. We operate in six states and collaborate with both private and public schools. Our teachers receive ongoing training and support throughout the school year, and we provide all necessary materials, including lesson plans, flashcards, music, and more!
