Flexible (Weekday evenings and/or Saturdays based on class schedule) About Vin-Ter Language School Vin-Ter Language School is a nonprofit organization committed to making quality language education accessible to learners of all backgrounds. We provide instruction in more than 65 languages and offer personalized, immersive, and culturally enriching learning experiences for children, teens, adults, businesses, and government agencies. We are currently seeking a passionate and engaging Korean Language Instructor to join our growing instructional team. Position Overview The Korean Language Instructor will teach in-person Korean language classes to students of various ages and proficiency levels. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching, enjoys creating an interactive classroom environment, and is committed to helping students achieve their language-learning goals. Responsibilities Teach Korean language classes using the Vin-Ter teaching methodology. Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons. Adapt instruction for beginner through advanced learners. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate attendance and class records. Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Participate in instructor meetings and training sessions as needed. QualificationsRequired Native or near-native proficiency in Korean. Strong English communication skills. Previous experience teaching Korean or tutoring students. Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Education, Korean, Linguistics, or any field. Teaching certification or language teaching credentials. Experience teaching children, teens, and adults. (Optional) Familiarity with communicative language teaching methods. Willingness to learn What We Offer Flexible scheduling.
