Job Description

ABE Teacher - SLO Part Time - 109 days, 5.5 hrs per day

Duties:

Provide direct instruction (in-person and online) to adults learning English as a Second Language in level 3. Responsibilities include lesson planning and instruction, conducting ongoing assessments, monitoring student attendance, attending staff meetings, collaborating with other staff, keeping student records, and supporting volunteers. Use Zoom during online instruction, various online platforms, and resources, and implement the CCRS/ACES/NorthStar standards. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Any K12 or ABE license, or

MA TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Bilingual Education Start Date:
