Twin Cities Voice Co. is a growing voice studio in Minneapolis dedicated to helping singers develop healthy, expressive, confident voices—and have a joyful and meaningful experience along the way. We're looking for a Voice Teacher to join our teaching team. This is a teaching position with built-in training and certification in the Twin Cities Voice Co. methodology. You will be hired as a member of our teaching staff and will teach students while participating in ongoing structured training toward certification in the Twin Cities Voice Co. methodology. We're looking for a teacher who already has a strong foundation in voice teaching and is eager to continue growing, challenge their thinking, and become an even more effective and impactful teacher through our methodology and certification training. The Big Picture At Twin Cities Voice Co., we have developed a specific methodology for teaching voice. When you join our team, you aren't simply given a student roster and asked to teach however you would like. You will learn how we teach , why we teach the way we do, and how to apply our methodology effectively with individual students. Your role will have two connected components: 1. Teach. You will work directly with TCVC students and gain real teaching experience within our studio. 2. Train & Become Certified. Alongside your teaching, you will participate in structured training, observation, mentorship, feedback, and competency assessment designed to prepare you for certification in the TCVC methodology. You are being hired to teach—and we will train you to teach the TCVC way. What You'll Do Teach individual voice lessons to children, teens, and/or adults Teach using the Twin Cities Voice Co. methodology Develop individualized lessons while remaining grounded in the TCVC framework Help students develop healthy vocal technique, musicality, confidence, and artistry Build strong, encouraging relationships with students and families Participate in structured methodology training and certification Observe experienced TCVC teachers Practice and apply TCVC teaching techniques and exercises Receive regular feedback and coaching on your teaching Participate in teacher meetings and professional development Track student progress and communicate relevant updates to the studio Potentially teach group classes, workshops, or specialty programs as your skills and interests develop Training & Certification Every new teacher at Twin Cities Voice Co. completes structured certification training in the Twin Cities Voice Co. methodology. This training is a core part of the position.
