Key Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Missouri K-12 certification in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) or ELL (English Language Learners) Experience teaching or supporting

learners in elementary grades preferred Strong understanding of WIDA standards and assessment practices Ability to differentiate instruction across a broad academic and linguistic spectrum Collaborative approach to working with general education and special education staff Organizational skills to handle schedules, caseloads, and documentation efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:
