Raritan Valley Community College is currently seeking Part-Time Adjunct Instructors for English as a Second Language (ESL) to work in our Communication & Languages Department for the upcoming Spring 2026 semester. The department has a need for instructors to teach daytime and evening courses. The Communication & Languages are seeking candidates who can uphold the rigorous and intensive nature of our program, use innovative teaching methods and answer student questions accurately. Successful candidates will be engaging and experienced teachers of English. Master's Degree in TESL, TESOL or a related field. Prior teaching experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School or College level teaching is preferred. Prior experience in teaching reading, writing and grammar is preferred. As a New Jersey First Act Employer, new employees must establish a primary residence in New Jersey within one year unless an exemption applies.
