Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience
•River Vale is seeking an experienced and nurturing Bilingual Toddler Teacher who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish. Our toddlers are developing language, independence, confidence, and social skills at an incredible pace. You'll create a warm and engaging classroom where children can learn through play, exploration, movement, and meaningful interactions throughout the day. What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Toddler classroom Communicate with children and families in both English and Spanish Implement age-appropriate activities and The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support language development, independence, and social-emotional growth Engage children through art, music, movement, sensory play, and hands-on learning Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidance Observe children's development and support individual milestones Build strong relationships with children and families Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or toddler classroom experience required Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish required Experience working specifically with toddlers strongly preferred Patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $17 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and collaborative teaching team Opportunities for continued professional growth Apply today to join The Learning Experience
