We are looking for an engaging Bilingual French/English Instructor to teach practical French language skills to our front-line operators directly on the floor while they work . Forget traditional lectures and textbooks—this role is about real-time, context-based micro-learning. You will work alongside our operational team, teaching actionable, workplace-specific French in a hands-on environment to improve safety, communication, and team cohesion. Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials tailored to adult learners' needs and learning styles Deliver engaging in-person French lessons. Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with diverse cultural backgrounds, special education needs.
