• Associate's Degree (AA/AS) in Early Childhood Education; OR
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with the applicable study plan toward an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education; OR
• High School Diploma/GED + at least 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development + at least 2 years of qualifying child care experience + applicable study plan; OR
• High School Diploma/GED + at least FIVE (5) years of supervised experience in an infant/toddler classroom, subject to the applicable

• Experience with toileting, diapering, and toddler classroom routines Responsibilities The Lead Teacher will be responsible for leading the toddler classroom and creating a calm, nurturing, organized, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.
